As a working parent, I know firsthand the demands educators face on their time and energy. Quality of life is important to teachers who spend their workday nurturing and educating our future generations. After a hectic day, it is difficult to make room for additional time in a classroom earning credits and clock hours to maintain a teaching certificate or move up the salary schedule.
